canoe floating trips

I have a canoe or Delores Gunnison River in Colorado?

Taking three days trip and he wanted to know what the river would float if im looking for decent rapids, good fishing and great scenery. Any help is greatly appreciated. It would also require a permit to float the rivers? Thanks so much!

I live in southern CO, and now is a good time canoeing kayaking, if you want to relax. Peak flow in May-June.The Dolores has a greater flow of water reservior and McPhee is right next to it. Gunnison get waterflow, but not as much as Dolores. Do not forget to visit the Cortez and Mesa Verde is worth a trip and does not cost much. I have fished both rivers and had more success in Dolores, because you get big and small parts that can catch other fish such as perch, bass, saugeye, and is best delivered with trout. These states would have to pass to the park and float rivers, I believe that the cost of $ 6 per day and $ 60 per year. Best Arkansas River float is you have a lot of class 4 and 5 rapids. Fishing is also good, but only anypoint between Salida to Canon City. Other Attractions in southern Colorado are the San Juan National Park, Creed (good fishing there), Pagosa Springs, Durango, Mesa Verde, Great sand dunes, Alamosa, San Isabel National Forest, Phantom Canyon, Silverton, Rio Grande Natonal Park, Montrose, Mountain, and Hesperia. There is much more, but these are the places I enjoyed most in recent years. Other design highways 160 and 50 have all these attractions, rivers, lakes, and etc that you'd like. If you go to Walmart ask about fishing brochure and map. The map is good because it gives the space for lakes, reservoirs, rivers and streams to fish in a booklet tell you where you can swim
