Kayak Surf Zone startup?

I plan to go on a trip in a kayak, which requires the surf zone on the market. I am a bit skeptical about this because of fear and its ability in swimming. There's everything you need to know to prepare yourself? I understand, I paddling through breakers, what are the chances to get my kayak to overturn the policy? What should I do?
