Kayak or canoe while drunk illegal?
Is it illegal to drink and canoe? I'm guessing it's considered drunk boating? To navigate to you in a barrel ... So is an inflatable mattress with a few paddles regarded as a ship? What if I take with me the paddles on the canoe or kayak and I floated ... maybe with my hands as paddles? Or because I was able to navigate using my hands as paddles, I would somehow be seen sailing? and therefore breaking the law?
DUI's only to "motor" vehicles / vessels. All the human-powered bicycle and a kayak or not applicable. It gets a whole DUI on a bicycle is a myth.
