I've been thinking about buying one of these TSR320 Seago Ranger Inflatable with inflatable Floor & Keel if you or one of those inflatable boat you can use them in the sea at Blackpool and St Annes? or do you need a permit or something? waterways or what you they free? do you have to pay to the lakes?
