You can walk years, but you are married and had children, and now you just do not think its for you. You could not miss. Walking with your family is one of the best ways which you can spend time with your spouse and children. Everyone knows limits! This applies even if you walk alone with adults, but it is even more important if you're with children. Children can start walking around the age of three.
