Owners & kayak canoe what?
OK I have a small boat 17 'w / extra and travel the narrow, fast a busy river to get to the gulf which has it's share of tourism, which they do not know how the "paddle". Tourist I understand that the novice on the water. What I do not understand is why the local residents (living there Weeki Wachee) intentionally stray into travel by motor boat, in the middle of the river, stop paddling, look into the trees / buildings / air and floating in the path of travel. It is really frustrating if you have already acknowledged that I am behind you and do not follow the rules of road safety. What is the solution?
Think they are wearing the same spandex biker insist that they return to their wishes. People do not swim, swim, or hang out in traffic channel. If have identified the channel are preventing navigation.
