What should I pack for a regular weekly camp?

This will be my first week at camp in June. I have no idea What the pack. Well, of course, clothes, toiletries, etc. But im not really sure what to deliver. Firstly, the camp is a week in late June in southern Ohio, so it should be hot. We will be doing many outdoor activities such as canoeing, rappeling, climbing, etc. Any tips or lists you would be great, thanks in advance:)

Swimsuit, towel. Shoes or slippers for swimming. Stay away from jeans. They are not hard and dry well. Bring more pants. You will want to recycle underwear (ie use more than once), but do not forget to bring plenty of socks. You should have a hat and light jacket. Bring a raincoat or poncho. Bring an extra pair of shoes. Besides food to eat, you should have a high energy snack foods in small packs - raisins, granola, chocolate (M & Ms are good because they do not melt easily), cheese, crackers. pocket knife (like the Swiss Army uses to avert attack opponent), it is useful. Bring a short novel for stoppages. Also journal or diary may be helpful. Binoculars and bird field guide can be interesting. Or a telescope. Insect repellent. Guitar. Identical.
